Shipping, Returns, & Pick-Ups

*All hair is pre-ordered* Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours. Processing takes up to 2-3 business days not including weekends or holidays, with an additional 5-7 days for shipping. This process can take up to about 7-10 business days, sometimes sooner.

Once your order is shipped,  you will receive an email with your tracking number. After receiving the email with the tracking info, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours. A signature is required when the package is delivered.

Processing for Pick-Ups takes 2-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order is available for Pick Up, you will receive an email and/or text message stating that your order is ready for pick up. The pick up location will be included in the text and/or email. You have 7 business days after the message goes out to pick up your order. After that, no pick up will result in your order being refunded MINUS a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Processing begins right away so changes are not permitted once the order has been placed.

I would advise you to book a hair appointment with your stylist AFTER receiving your hair just in case there is a delay or mishap with the postal service.
